Swirl Suites Rolled Ice Cream, offers creative and traditional homemade, handmade, personalized ice cream products in a fun and customer centric environment. Swirl Suites is seeking enthusiastic, dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team of specialists. As a vital member of our staff, you will contribute to creating a delightful experience for our customers by preparing and serving a variety of ice cream flavors and treats.

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of ice cream shop workers.

Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and cohesive team environment.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide product information and recommendations (upsell).

Set and maintain high standards for customer service.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the ice cream shop.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Product Quality and Presentation:

Maintain consistency in ice cream quality and presentation.

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for food preparation.

Monitor cleanliness and organization in all areas of the shop.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions.

Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role in the food service or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
